How to make changes to my reservation?

Currently we only allow make changes to any reservation by customer service via phone calls.

What is your cancellation policies?

Order will be cancelled if payment is not confirmed within 15 minutes. You're allowed to cancel your reservation within 2 hours after payment is confirmed with full refund; otherwise, 50% of total fee will be charged. Warning, you can not cancel your reservation within 24 hours before the time of reservation (including the order placed in the same day)!

What is your return policies for bedding items?

Once your payment is confirmed, you have 1 hour to manage your purchases. Otherwise, we do not accept any forms of refund, return and exchange of items.
